Recital tickets will be available again this year online or by phone through Tutu Ticketing. Tickets will go “on sale” at 10 AM on Monday, May 21, 2018 to the public. You can purchase tickets by any of the following ways:
(there is an additional $1 Tutu tix fee per ticket and 5% processing charge per order)
**Tickets will be reserved seating and you will be able to pick your seats when purchasing online.
ALL BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE PURCHASING TICKETS!! Please check in the office or online for your final balances! If you purchase tickets and you still have a balance due, your tickets will be returned back into the system.
****A couple of additional items to note: You will need a credit or debit card to buy tickets. Tickets will be sold first come, first served. So buy early to get better seats.
TutuTix charges a low, fair fee for their service. You'll see their $1 per ticket fee, plus 5% processing charge added to your order at checkout.
You’ll have several options for how you want your tickets delivered. You can have them emailed to you, sent to your mobile phone internet browser, and even add it to your Apple Passbook (if you have the latest iPhone software) at no charge! Or, you can choose to have TutuTix mail you foil-embossed keepsake tickets for an additional fee– with your dancer’s name printed directly on the ticket!
There are no refunds, but you can exchange for the same value. Ages 4 and up will require a ticket; ages 3 and under are free on a lap.
**PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ORDER TICKETS FOR THE CORRECT SHOW. MANY PEOPLE IN THE PAST HAVE BOUGHT TICKETS FOR THE WRONG SHOW AND HAD TO EXCHANGE, BUT DID NOT GET THE SAME SEATING.
**Tickets starting June 3rd and at the door (if still available) will cost $20.
The following families will be eligible for complimentary tickets this year and will need a special code from us before purchasing (please contact the studio for your special code for comp tickets):
(1) Non-ensemble families who have dancers in separate shows - you will receive up to 5 free tickets for 1 of the shows. Example, if you buy 3 tickets for one show, you will receive 3 tickets free for the 2nd show. If you need to purchase 8 tickets for both shows, you will pay for 11 tickets and get 5 free. Please contact us ASAP for more exact information as you will need to purchase your 11am show tickets during a special pre-sale with a code before the tickets go on sale to the public (Pre-sale will be on Wednesday, May 16th at 10am). After you have purchased your 11am show tickets on the 16th, I will send you a code for your comp tickets for the 3:30 show. You will purchase your 3:30 show tickets during the regular sale date.
(2) Ensemble Families/Performance Team/Sat. Musical Theater class - will receive 1 complimentary ticket to use for either show. The complimentary ticket needs to be used for attending a 2nd show. We can always use help the day of with ticket taking, ushering, etc. If you have interest in helping let us know and you will not need to have a physical ticket and can sit once the show begins in an available seat.
***Volunteer backstage moms should NOT purchase a ticket. There will be an area of seats reserved for you and you will receive a bracelet in the dressing room area for entrance.
